3. Orders & Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party platforms including Gumroad, PayPal, Stripe, bank transfer, or approved invoicing methods. Prices may change at any time without notice unless already confirmed in writing.

Taxes, import duties, VAT, or local fees remain the responsibility of the buyer where applicable.

4. Delivery

Digital products are typically delivered electronically via download links, secure transfer, cloud delivery, email, or private access methods. Delivery times vary depending on product type and project scope.

5. Licensing & Permitted Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, datasets and exports are licensed, not sold. Customers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use purchased materials for internal research, model training, evaluation, product development, or agreed commercial purposes.

Customers may not:

• Redistribute raw datasets publicly without permission
• Resell raw files as standalone competing products without written authorization
• Misrepresent ownership of QVision materials
• Use materials for unlawful purposes

6. AI Training Usage

Unless specifically restricted in a custom agreement, purchased datasets may be used for machine learning, AI model training, robotics development, simulation systems, analytics, and internal commercial R&D purposes.

7. Customer-Provided Content

If a customer supplies videos, images, or other source materials for custom processing, the customer represents that they possess sufficient legal rights and permissions for such materials. The customer remains responsible for source legality.

8. Intellectual Property

All website branding, software tools, original processing pipelines, documentation, and proprietary dataset structures remain the property of QVision unless otherwise agreed.

9. Quality & Disclaimer

We aim to provide high-quality structured datasets. However, datasets may contain statistical limitations, estimation variance, or suitability differences depending on the customer's intended use case. Except where legally required, products are provided on an "as available" basis.

10. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of downloadable products, completed deliveries are generally non-refundable unless:

• The product was not delivered
• A material file corruption issue cannot be resolved
• Refund is required by law
• Refund is approved in writing by QVision
